MESSENGER OF THE GODS
Hermes is one of the 12 Olympian gods. He is the son of Zeus and of
Hera. He is the Messenger to the Gods and a guide to the under world.
HERMES story shortened is :
When he was but a day old he crept out of his cradle when the nurse
thought he was asleep he wandered out and came across a herd of
his brothers cattle and he hearded them away into a cave. He
thought the nurse must think he would nearly be waking up so he
started to head back on the way back he found a tortoise shell on the
road and made it into a harp by pulling some strings tight across it.
