hello i need a topic and abstract and an outline for my research paper please. the topic should be about federal tax . i posted 3 topics so far but the teacher did not approve them because he says they are too broad not a tax specific topic. They have double taxation on dividends one by corporate income and another individual income tax but S Corporations having tax filed Form 1120 considered as informational federal return but no tax is paid at the corporate level why because it is considered as profit and loss of the business positive or negative it will affect of the business owner not with any body . The owner should be paid the tax only once that to with individual return.
