These were all commended for their
faith, yet none of them received what had
been promised.

11. Faith in the Promise
• For all of the triumphs, they did not receive the
greatest promise

seeing my day; he saw it and was glad.” (John

complete, to bring to an end, to accomplish
• God is calling a chosen people, a holy nation
