Hebei Shida Seal Group Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of extruded and molded rubber
products with 30 years’experience. We have been working with Original Equipment
Manufacturers (OEMs) and automotive tier-1 suppliers for more than 10 years. Our
manufacturing facilities are ISO/TS 16949 certified and we can design, develop and
manufacture high-precison rubber products to suit customer-specific needs. We have
the right people, knowledge, and experience to meet your strictest requirements.

The company started with the name “Qinghe County Seal Factory”

With an experienced in-house tooling team
and a well-established vendor base, we can
work with UG, Catia, SolidWorks, AutoCAD files
to design and manufacture rubber extrusion
dies, molds and tooling.
Our experience in CAD modeling (both 2-D and

Main Material Supplier
At our facility, there are 1 internal mixer(dispersion kneader) and 3
open mills for the mixing of rubber(mainly EPDM rubber).
To avoid premature vulcanization, a two-stage mixing process is
employed:
♦ Stage A: CMB (Carbon Master Batch) production:
Mix rubber polymer, non-vulcanizing ingredients like carbon
black,silica,softener, plasticizer and process oil physically in the
internal mixer.
♦ Stage B: FMB (Finish Master Batch) production:
After Stage A mixing has been completed and time for cooling has
been allowed, Stage B mixing is carried out in which
curatives(vulcanizing agents) like sulfur, accelerators, peroxides into
CMB(Carbon Master Batch).

the needs of customers and continuously improve our technical capabilities and products

collaborate with OEM customers and suppliers to design and validate rubber sealing
systems, and can provide on-site technical support.

18. 11. Quality Inspection Center
Hebei Shida Seal Group has its own internal quality inspection center, which includes one chemical
analysis laboratory and one physical laboratory which are equipped with the full set of equipment and
instruments for chemical analysis of raw material, mixed rubber compounds before and after curing and
physical properties testing of finished products.
From incoming raw materials inspection, in-process inspection , to finished goods inspection, we build
high-quality rubber and plastic products meeting customer’s requirements in every step of the process.
