This document provides information about a heat treatment line consisting of multiple bell furnaces supplied by SOLO Swiss SA to a company in Taiwan for hardening hydraulic pump parts. The line includes an austenitizing furnace, carburizing/carbonitriding furnace, and tempering furnace that can treat loads up to 300kg at temperatures of 950°C, 550°C, and 100°C respectively. The modular design of the furnaces allows for future expansion and provides precise, efficient hardening treatments to optimize quality and costs for the customer.
