schools,barangaysandrural healthcentersaswell ashospitalsthroughthe initiative of the one of agencies
of Philippine government-the Departmentof Health.
Our governmentcontinuouslyimprovingthe life andhealthof Filipinosthroughdifferent,free medical and
dental servicesprovidingthe free medicinesfromthe rural healthcenter.There are soanyapproveddrug
storesofferingandsellinglowcostsmedicinesandeffectivelike brandedmedicines.
Takingof medicinesprescribedbythe doctorsmustbe properlyusedbecause itcontainchemicalsor
syntheticmaterialsthatcanharm anybody’shealthwhoare justtakingmedicinesabusively.
Alwaysrememberthata goodhealthisa right nutrition,andagood nutritionisnota wealthbutit is a life.
Havinga healthybodycan prolongourlife andwe can have a mental alertnessespeciallyinthe classroom
discussion,we becomemore productive,we canworkproperlyforwhatevertasksgiventousinour home,
school and eveninourcommunity. We become more comfortable andconfidenceif we are healthy,noone

We have to eatmoderately especiallyduringourbreakfast tohave a rightbalance of nutrientsandprevent
overweightandobesity.The personswhoare obese oroverweightare exposedtoserioushealthriskssuch
as cardiovasculardiseases,type 2diabetes,cancerandmusculoskeletal disorderslike arthritis.
Overweightandobese people are alsoatriskfor developingcertainconditionslikehypertension,sleep
apnea,breathingproblems,liverdiseasesandgallbladderdiseases.
Some people are takingslimmingdietpillsandsteroidsinordertohave an instantsexybodyormacho
bodybut foryour information,dietpillsare harmful orfatal due to itsside effectsafterusingit.
Accordingtothe LancetSeriesonMaternal and ChildUndernutritionandoverweightinLow-income and
middle-income countriespublishedonlinein2013, optimumgrowthinthe first1000 days of life isessential
for preventionof overweight.Infantswhoexperiencedgrowthfailure earlyinlife andhadrapidweightgain
