1. Hazard No. Hazard Risk Precaution
1. Wet/ icy floor. Because it is
winter now it is
starting to rain
and get a lot
colder and
because I want the
photo shoot to be
outside this is a
risk.
To make sure
there aren’t any
accidents I will
make sure we can
take the photo’s
on a warmer day
and somewhere
where it isn’t wet
and icy.
2. Weather. Because it is
winter now the
weather can be
unpredictable so
when I want to do
my photo shoot
on a certain day it
could be raining
that day.
I will make sure to
check the weather
report before
making sure that
it won’t be raining
or any other
weather that
could put my
model or me at
risk.
3. Camera’s battery. My camera’s
battery could run
out if I am outside
taking photo’s for
a couple of hours.
To make sure it
doesn’t run out I
will charge it fully
and check that it is
charged before
going out for the
photo shoot.
4. My model might not
show up.
There is a
possibility my
model might not
show up for
shooting.
To make sure I am
not let down I will
have a back up
model in case my
first model could
not make it.
5. Could trip over
something in my way.
Because it is
outside there is a
big chance of
rocks and
branches in my
pathway, which
could make me or
my model trip
over and hurt
ourselves while
shooting.
To make sure
there is no risk I
will clear the area
we are shooting in
to make sure we
don’t fall over
anything while
taking the photo’s.
