This document contains a collection of poems about nature written by students from Ms. L. Pierre's class at Bunche Academy during a field trip to Hawkswood Nature Center in 2012. The poems use creative language and imagery to describe different natural elements and experiences at the nature center including walking trails, fishing, trees, grass, flowers, insects, snakes, creeks and more.
