 Conduct electrical resistivity surveys for the rapid assessment of landslides at the Maxey
Flats nuclear repository.
 Assisted in deploying electrical resistivity equipment and locating points using basic
surveying techniques.
 Constructed a GIS database to use LIDAR data in geomorphic analysis of slope stability
with regards to landslide activity.

Duties:
 Drillers Assistant for multiple drill rigs including direct push, auger, and air rotary
 Field logging and classification for soil and rock core samples.
 Drillers Assistant on geotechnical projects which include standard penetration testing
borings and rock coring (NX, HQ, and PQ size) Install temporary and permanent PVC
piezometers, vibrating wire piezometers, and inclinometers.
 Environmental drilling and sampling for soil and ground water. Install 2” PVC
monitoring wells and 4” PVC recovery wells. Construct surface completions,
decontamination, and well development and sampling.
 Sample projects, include but not limited to, foundation investigation for single and multi-

and commercial settlement investigations and cause of failure, production water wells
including pump test analysis.

reports as work is performed for daily transmittal to the Terracon Project Manager.
 Maintain and clean equipment, vehicles and work areas.
 Adhere to strict safety standards.
