 Obtain a quotations for the needed items from different
suppliers.
 Compare the quotations in hand and discuss it with the
concerned department, then select the best offer, in
terms of price and quality.
 Prepare a Purchasing Order(s), and send it to the
supplier(s).
 Follow up the orders to ensure delivery within time.
 Arrange with all the concerned departments for
receiving and installing the Order, and train the staff
if needed.
 Complete the paper work regarding the PO and send it
to the finance department for payment.
