- 14. 2013 Funding Round •HUD will release Notice of Funding Availability • CoC will create and release a Request for Proposals • Proposals will be reviewed by a committee made up of non-applicants • Projects chosen will be submitted by the CoC to HUD • CoC Application Committee will review existing projects to determine whether they will be submitted for review
