human, blended color hair from Asia at over
60% savings.
The purchase would be made through a current
account with an overseas vendor that is already
supplying top quality pre-blended (250 colors)
human/premium hair to HairdocTK.

8. High Quality Hair
• The hair is obtained from India/Russia, custom
blended and shipped from China and it easily
surpasses what’s available here in the US in
terms of quality.

9. Natural Hair Bank
• Purchasing this better-quality, less expensive hair
would allow HairdocTK to establish an in-house
Natural Hair Bank to service the multitude of
established business clients it currently has,
which include:
o Individuals (approx. 70-100 personal clients)
o Beauty salons
o Beauty schools (2)
o And independent contractors across the USA

10. Additional Lost Profits
• HairdocTK currently trains and certifies Master
Extensions around the country and estimates it is
losing approximately $7,000 in potential profits
per month due to not being able to supply
premium hair to recent training graduates.
• Thanks to the higher quality of hair, HairdocTK
would also no longer have to custom blend hair
purchased from US wholesalers, reducing the
current 2 day turnaround time to one day and
thereby increasing market potential.

6-month supply of custom human/premium

of $1000-2000 do not quality it to receive

front (Hair Bank Outlet) in Scottsdale, Arizona,
next door to its current business, New
Dimension Extensions, to house the hair bank
and handle the expected additional clientele.

• The new 800 square foot facility would cost $300 in
additional rent. HairdocTK has employees ready to man
and operate the Hair Bank and would promote it
through ETSY/eBay and social media.
• The Hair Bank would effectively put an end to the
current backlog that HairdocTK faces when getting hair
to clients – a backlog that includes 6-week shipping to
the USA and an additional three months in getting the
hair ready and out to salons and clients.

Hair from current USA Wholesaler:
• Full Set Hair - $500 for 120 strands of (synthetic) hair =
$4.15 per strand
• Partial Set Hair - $250 for 75 strands of (synthetic) hair =
$3.30 per strand
Hair from Overseas Vendor (including wire fees & shipping):
• Cost is currently $1 per strand from overseas so $1000 =
1000 strands

strand and would result in the delivery of 24,000
