1. “Who will you be tomorrow?” Haikyu!! Announces Two-
Parter “FINAL” movie
Haikyu!! Fans received exciting news yesterday when the official Haikyu!! Twitter
account announced the long-awaited continuation of Haruichi Furudate’s series has
finally come to an end, announcing a two-part final movie is in production. While no
release date has been announced, a kick-off event for the movie version has been
scheduled for August 2023.
Haruichi Furudate launched the original manga in 2011 and ended the series in 2020.
Production I.G.’s anime adaption of the manga premiered April 2014. The second
season premiered in October 2015, with the third season premiering the following year

2. in October 2016. Haikyu!! To The Top, the fourth season was split into two parts
premiering January 2020 and episode 13, airing April 2020. The second half of the
season, consisting of episodes 14 to 25, was to be released in July 2020 but was
postponed till October 2020 due to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak.
Toho Animation will be returning to produce the Haikyu!! Two-parter films. Production
I.G. will also be returning to animate the final movies for the Haikyu franchise.
