This document proposes an identity portal mobile app that would streamline the process for citizens to acquire important identity documents like Aadhar cards, voter IDs, and PAN cards. The app would allow users to select the card they need, fill in their basic details, and then be contacted by the relevant officer to guide them through acquiring the document. This portal aims to eliminate agents and reduce corruption, while providing a valid, consistent way for citizens to obtain IDs and share their data with the government in an organized manner.

and guide him to acquire the card.
