religious classes takes me up and away from the hustle
bustle of the daily routine and hectic lifestyle. This
gives my mind peace and a new energy to focus on
other activities diligently.” making connections with
the god would revitalizes your mind as well as a body
on the whole, he added.

4. Habib Noor also keeps himself actively involved in
various religious activities. Normally, he arrives a bit
early and enjoys contemplating the lovely surroundings
and get himself in the mood for. He follows along
reading from the free prayer books that are at the
religious classes, the more diligent recite from
memory.

5. He says, “We all shut our eyes and concentrate on our
breath, if thoughts come into our minds we
acknowledge them without judgment then let them
passing once again concentrating on the breath.” He
believes that if people will really become religious,
then the world would have surely become heaven full
of happiness and peace.

a lot of voluntary work. He himself supports various
charitable organizations, but also encourages his loved
ones to participate in philanthropic work. Apart from
this, he is also a passionate sports lover who loves to
play soccer. He is a huge soccer fan and enjoys it both
as a player as well as a viewer. He also likes
swimming, and a few more sports.
