Employees are increasingly prioritizing wellbeing and expecting employers to support it. Many employees said they would consider leaving a company that does not focus on wellbeing, and over 80% believe their wellbeing is as important as salary. Physical fitness is important for both physical and mental health, but employees want variety and novelty in exercise options. Mental health issues like burnout are common, with over 25% of employees reporting frequent burnout, yet many do not feel their employers demonstrate commitment to wellbeing. Employers have an opportunity to close this gap and support emotional resilience by providing resources for "emotional workouts" like the tools needed for mental fitness.
