time buyer 
The Multiple Listing Service or MLS, is an assemblage of private lists and databases that 
are created and maintained by native real estate professionals. It facilitate the mean for 
professionals to market their directories to obliging agents or dealers. When a property is 
added in a local MLS database a number is assigned to it, in sequential order of the 
listing. Two distinct listings, in two distinct MLS database, can share the same MLS
