School-based Learning Action Cells (SLACs) must submit all approved materials and documents within 3-5 days of completing the activity. This includes proposals, session guides, reports, minutes, and attendance sheets. Approved SLACs then distribute materials to personnel like the proponent, school head, cluster coordinator, and participating teachers for recording and documentation purposes.
