1. 3. Adding Resources

Log in here with
your username
and password
And then go to your
group – you will be
shown as the
Manager of that
Group and only you
can edit it
This brings up the edit functions below
Edit button is
on when red
Edit an existing
activity or
resource
Click to add an
activity or
resource
Hide section or
highlight it for
participants
Click and hold to
move to a new
position
Edit topic settings
such as name/
image etc.
Quick edit to
change name
etc
In the group turn on
editing by clicking
the edit button

2. We are going to add
a resource so click
on……..
Which brings up
this pop up box
Scroll down to
Resources
Click on File
Click on Add

3. Name your
resource
Enter information about the file - *means
you must enter information
Add a description
– you can add
pictures etc. in
here if you want
Tick this box to
show the
description on
the course page
Add your file here
[see next page]
Choose how the
file will display –
or leave set to
Automatic
Don’t forget to
save your
changes

been uploaded to
your private area

Wikimedia is a
free image and
video site
Once your
Dropbox is
connected you
can select files
from it – see
guide 2
Click on the file then select this file in
the box that appears – you’re done!
