2. Upon login, you will see the status either:
a. Approved = Complete and approved.
b. Not Submitted = Form was not complete and not submitted, need to
resubmitted.
c. In Process = Processing. Notification email with softcopy of license
attached will be sent out once complete.
d. Rejected = Not approved.
