- 4. The FlexiLine® production system, which manufactures FlexiTrays®, is now available for your greenhouse or manufacturing facility. The FlexiLine® tray filling system blends organic materials with Grow-Tech’s hydrophillic binders. The result is a stabilized plug in each side of the tray. Your tray, media and location
- 5. Components of the FlexiLine® Substrate Shaver Substrate Shaver In this stage substrates are dumped into the shaver where they are processed to be sent to the mixer.
- 6. Mixing Station Components of the FlexiLine® Mixing Station In this stage substrates from the shaver are mixed with a formulation of micro-nutrients and biologicals. This station also holds the special polymer manufactured by Grow-Tech.
- 7. Mixing head of FlexiLine® Components of the FlexiLine® Mixing Head In this is stage the substrates from the mixer are mixed with Grow-Tech’s polymer. The mix is then poured into a propagation tray.
- 8. Curing Conveyor Components of the FlexiLine® Curing Conveyor The filled propagation trays are then sent down a conveyor that is programmed for optimal curing time.
- 9. Dibbling Station Components of the FlexiLine® Dibbling Station The next station places a dibble in each cell of the propagation tray.
- 10. Tray Stacking Components of the FlexiLine® Tray Stacking The last station is tray stacking. Finished trays are stacked and packaged for transport.
- 11. Servicing of FlexiLine® The FlexiLine® has remote diagnostic tools to help you with preventative maintenance and service. Our staff will also visit your facility to service the FlexiLine® when needed.
