The group planning meeting document outlines roles and responsibilities for producing a project. Bailee Brooks is the producer and is responsible for costumes, props, risk assessment, location permissions, and the production schedule. Michelle Grace is the director and will provide location ideas, storyboards, casting profiles, and ensure audio permissions. Chris Wotton is the camera operator and their tasks include the shot list, location preparations, test camera shots, and call sheets. Miles Capp is the editor and will assist with shot lists, create animatics, experiment with titles, and sample editing techniques. As a group they will collaborate on the storyboard, shot list, and production schedule, with the original role holders responsible for checking and completing those items.
