Peak is a boy who gets in trouble for climbing a skyscraper in his home country. He then moves to China with his father Josh, where he befriends another boy named Sun-jo who shares his passion for climbing. The two boys set their sights on climbing Mount Everest together, and Peak saves Sun-jo from falling during their attempt, allowing his new friend to achieve his dream of setting a world record.
