Greg was employed between Monday 5th January and Friday 24th April 2015, Greg was specifically employed to review parts of our Work Health & Safety system, however due to his strong work ethic and holistic approach, he in fact produced a brand new Work Health and Safety Management System -‐ including all the associated tools and techniques. Greg’s strengths in business process improvement, training, and cultural change, resulted in a piece of work that not only everyone was aware of, but felt truly a part of. Greg particularly demonstrated a tenacious and positive attitude that was consistent through his time at the Council. This especially was demonstrated when Greg successfully delivered his Work Health and Safety Management training to all Council staff and Councillors. Greg had a particularly difficult job to influence change in the highly experienced, high tenure construction work force, but he rose ably to the challenge. Feedback received from participants has been excellent. I would highly recommend Greg in any operational development role, as I believe he would be an asset to any business. Despite unsuccessful attempts to keep Greg at the Council I wish him all the best in the future.
