To Eating Right!

2. The Enemy!
McDonalds, Burger King and In-N-Out are
just a few of the places people like to
frequent for a late night snack, Which is a
horrible snack to have!
3. Obesity rates in America are increasing at an
alarming rate, we need to take action now not later!
4. You can do it! Eating better and healthier is easier and
cheaper than you thought!
Instead of grabbing a burger, grab
some fruit! As appetizing as a nice
burger sounds there’s nothing
better tasting than fresh fruit from
your local market. At half the price
and half the calories it’s a no
brainer!
Instead of sitting down in front of your TV
while you eat make a change, dust off your
kitchen table and enjoy your meal there.
Eating in front of the TV often leads to over
eating and couch potato syndrome!
5. You know the saying “You are what you eat”? Well that is
100% true!
If you eat well and exercise a
few times a week I promise you
will feel like a kid again!
And once you kick the nasty
habit of fast foods your
wallet and your stomach will
thank you for your longer
life!
