Michael D. Greenberg is currently the Director of the Center for Corporate Ethics and Governance and the Director of Intellectual Property at RAND Corporation. He has over 14 years of experience at RAND leading projects on various policy topics and managing teams for empirical studies, data collection and analysis, and writing. Prior to RAND, he worked as an Associate Attorney at Ropes & Gray LLP. He received his J.D. from Harvard Law School and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Duke University.
