Graystone Mortgage, LLC Announces New Branches in the Puget Sound Market
Bellevue, WA, 1/4/2016—Graystone Mortgage is pleased to announce the opening of branch offices in
both Seattle and Bellevue, Washington.
The new locations—a first in Washington for the company—will be led by recently hired Regional Director
Brad Toft. Toft is an 18 year residential mortgage industry veteran, who has managed teams for
independent mortgage banks and Fortune 500 banks alike. Heather Jacobs will head up operations for
Graystone in Washington. She is also a seasoned leader with 25 years in the industry.
The new branches are operated by a group of mortgage originators with decades of combined industry
experience. The new team members include Kathy White, Pamela Gordon, Nick Neal, Cody Anson, Nichola
Henley, Sam Centioli and Phyllis Allerdice. They will offer conventional, government, jumbo, construction
and reverse mortgages. Emily Autore rounds out the operations team in the role of Junior Processor.
Unlike banks and lenders that consolidate operations and service offsite, Graystone Mortgage has the
distinct advantage of being a direct mortgage lender—all loan processing is handled within the branches
in the Washington market.
