10. RESERVATION AGREEMENT Within Reservation, the ff. Must be submitted: 1. Reservation Fee (P25,000) (remittance slip) 2. Reservation form (Detailed) , (signed by spouses) 3. Computation Sheet 4. Photocopy of Passport and or 2 Government issued ID & CTC 5. Documentation Check list Within 30 days of Reservation, the ff. Must be submitted: 1. Clearing of 1 st Down payment 2. Auto Debit Authority request / Local PDC'S 3. TIN (Tax Identification Number) 4. Bank Loan Application Form and requirements ( for pre qualification and to avoid penalties ) 5. Marriage certificate ( if married ) COMPLETE DOCUMENTS & 20% FULL DP = FULL COMMISSION (if you have to hold a check please inform the office 2 weeks advance)
