This document discusses basic concepts in graph theory including nodes/vertices, edges/links/arcs, undirected graphs where edges are not directed from one node to another, directed graphs where edges have a direction from one node to another, node degree which refers to the number of edges connected to a node, and cliques which are fully connected subgraphs where every node is connected to every other node. It also mentions edge degree which refers to the number of nodes an edge is connected to.
