This web site was created by Susan Brenner, co-author of Federal Grand Jury
Practice, a book about how federal grand juries operate and the role they play
in federal law enforcement.
Professor Brenner and Professor Lori Shaw manage the Grand Jury web site to
let people learn what a grand jury is, and what it does. The web site covers both
state and federal grand juries.
If you’d like to ask a question or submit a comment to be posted on the
"feedback" section, send an email to brenner@udayton.edu. You can read
questions and comments others have submitted in the "feedback" section.
Susan is a former defense attorney who is now a
Professor of Law at the University of Dayton School of
Law. Susan is also the author of the Law Review article
