Case Study: Consumer Packaged Goods

►The Challenge: Previously printed in-store overhead
signs using offset press on 80 # C1S. The product was
printed then mounted and glued on plastic and die cut
 into the finished product.
►The Solution: Digital production for direct printing onto
A 3mil plastic. Materials were die cut, picked, packed and
 shipped.
►The Results:
 Reduced time to market & cost
 Digital versions were personalized to specific stores
for more impact and improved sell through
                               9

Case Study: Retail Merchandising

► The Challenge: 3 – 5 different signs were offset printed for seasonal
promotions & merchandise pushes. Due to cost, static versions of
each sign were produced and used across all 900+ stores. Signs were
printed offset and then mounted, die cut and shipped to each store.
► The Solution: Large format digital production allows economical
production of a personalized sign kit for each store. Signage is printed
  direct on the substrate.
► The Results: New workflow eliminated a production step, reduced
costs, created speed-to-market advantage, and delivered more
  personalized messages to consumers.

Case Study: Event Marketing

► The Challenge: Hospital was looking for ways to help promote its
new facility at a grand opening event. The event targeted three
separate audiences. Wanted a unique, cost effective solution that
could be executed in a short window.
► The Solution: RR Donnelley recommended standees that featured
hospital employees along with key facts about the new facility.
► The Results: Large Format digital print kept preparation time and
costs to a minimum while producing high quality standees that met the
communication goals for each of the target audiences.
