This document provides a conversion table between different undergraduate grading systems in Canada. It shows the equivalent numeric, percentage and letter grades between 9 different grading scales. For example, it shows that a grade of 4.00 (A+) on the OLSAS scale is equivalent to a grade between 90-100% or 93-100% on other percentage scales, or an A+ on alpha scales. It also lists the grading scale used by various Canadian universities.
