5. Issues A mother of a UNC student calls you to talk to you as you’ve recently seen her child, Susie Q. Susie started out as a biology major and is now a Communication Studies major. Mom wants to know from you “Why did she change majors?” And, by the way, can you see her GPA on your screen? She has been in to see you recently hasn’t she? As the Counselor, how do you respond?
