morning, he did so in a manner where we all felt safe with his expert driving and delivered us with time to
spare. The pickup on Saturday went without a hitch and was flawless PLUS I left my satchel on the bus
containing my passport, wallet and other important documents. We were able to contact him through your
excellent answering service and his personal cell phone and he returned to Sandwich that very same night
and delivered them to me. This was huge for my peace of mind. Norman was cheerful, positive and very
helpful with loading and unloading and again I need to mention his excellent driving. In my opinion he is a
huge asset to your organization and the main reason I would use Grace again and recommend you to
anyone in need of a limo service.”

and we had no way to Dover, NH for the night. My sister called your service about getting a ride to Dover bus
station to get our car. The service was very pleasant, called us right back about having a car available. Within
an hour we had a ride home!! It wasn't just a ride home. Our chauffer gave us a pleasant experience. We were
frustrated with the bus and trains, tired from traveling, cold and in flip flops!! I know, we did not plan well. Our
chauffeur got us all loaded in and away we went. Driving with extreme caution, yet keeping conversation with us
upbeat and very pleasant. When we arrived at the bus station, we found my sister's car snow-covered and plowed
in. Michael cleaned off our car, started and warmed it up and loaded our luggage. He never left us until we were
safe and sound. I felt like I needed to mention this, as this does not happen very often. My daughter was scared
about having to stay at the airport or train station all night, yet when we left she had told me how safe she felt.
Mathew went above and beyond in our eyes and wanted to Thank You for having such a caring man on your
