This document provides guidance on demonstrating professional values and behaviors as a pharmacy professional. Applicants must create two entries describing: 1) An activity or achievement relevant to the professional standards. 2) How the activity contributed to personal or professional development and meets the outcome. 3) Evidence such as a photo or document to support the entry. The entries show how applicants uphold expected conduct at all times in their profession.
