Google+ users must agree to Google's terms of service to use the social network. While users own the information they post, Google has a non-exclusive license to use that information on any of its services in whatever form. This means Google could potentially use a user's photos to promote Google+ or other Google services. Users also cannot use pseudonyms and Google can terminate a user's account if they breach the terms of service. Even after closing an account, Google maintains the right to use a user's information indefinitely.
