This document provides instructions for editing, adding items to, searching, and viewing revisions in Google Spreadsheets. It explains how to edit an inventory by clicking the edit link, sign in with a Google account to access the spreadsheet, add new items to the bottom of the list and then sort alphabetically, search within a spreadsheet or across documents to find a specific inventory, use ctrl-f to search within a sheet, view the revision history under the File menu to see changes made and who made them highlighted by color, and that all changes are automatically saved.
