Google began in January 1996 as a research project by Larry Page and Sergey Brin after
they were each PhD students at Stanford University in Calif.

The project at first concerned "third founder", Scott Hassan, the lead
applied scientist who wrote a lot of the code for the initial Google
computer program, however, he left before Google was formally
supported as a corporation.

Yes, that was the new technology. A quest project that was began in
1996 by Larry Page and Sergey Brin once they were each Doctor of
Philosophy students. Page and Brin originally nicknamed the new
computer program “BackRub", as a result of the system checked
backlinks to estimate the importance of a website.
• Google may have started as a search engine, but today it is a
giant in the technology industry and one of the big five tech
companies.

6. The technology behind Google's great results
• The heart of Google's search technology is PigeonRank, a system for
ranking web pages developed by Google founders Larry
Page and Sergey Brin at Stanford University.
• PigeonRank continues to provide the basis for all of our web search
tools.
• Google Uses BERT Technology to Develop Its Search Results.
• Google uses automated programs called spiders or crawlers, to help
generate its search results. Google has a large index of keywords
that help determine search results.

The Google program attracted a loyal following among the growing variety of
net users, who likable its easy style.
Google Mission:
“to organize the world’s information …. and make it
universally accessible and useful”.
• As always, the tip goal is to make higher search results.
• Many SEOs have tried vice the system so as to induce around Google’s
formula and rank higher within the SERPs.
• Google nearly always catches on and penalizes websites that proactively use
black-hat techniques.
• This is often Google’s method of creating positive results which users keep
trusting them to supply the simplest results.
