iHT2 case studies and presentations illustrate challenges, successes and various factors in the outcomes of numerous types of health IT implementations. This session will be presented by a thought leader in the provider, payer or government space.
When wanting to maximize the return on the real estate you are selling, the most important step is hiring the "right" agent to represent your interests. The interview is the most critical step in this process. In fact, doing some Googleing of their name or team name can do nothing but give you more "insight" before your meeting with them. That could mean the difference between you hiring the "right realtor" and one that you are going to regret throughout the entire real estate selling process http://realtor.paris911.com is where we have our Top Santa Clarita Listing and Sellers blog located. This slideshare presentation will be posted in that location with some additional verbiage on the home sales process. Thanks for watching our Slideshare presentation on How to sell a home we are at http://paris911.com and will be here when you are ready.

Connect and Inspire: Finding the path to 21st century learningJudy O'Connell
Our learners are involved in an “architecture of participation”, creating, adapting and sharing content. Are you? How will you build capacity in your school to deliver 21st century learning? Although the vision is global, the path to 21st Century education requires a local journey, one that recognizes and responds to specific challenges and opportunities. This new multimodal paradigm for learning means that ‘how we teach becomes what we teach’ – every day!
Counterfeiting is menace for brand owners and Government authorities. In over a decade the problem has expanded rapidly and is now not limited to luxury goods and developed economies. There are any numbers of reports available on internet discussing the loss to industry and people due to counterfeiting.
Over the years, in order to prevent counterfeiting from plaguing their business, brand owners started using authentication solutions. With the availability of various authentication solutions, companies and Government authorities are facing problem in selection of a specific authentication solution as the adoption of any given solution is a complex question involving issues, amongst others, of cost, compatibility, feasibility and reliability, and there are divergent views on which technologies should be adopted and the timing for their adoption. While these solutions can sometimes add to the problem, the right selection, usage & implementation of authentication solutions helps companies and authorities to keep them one step ahead of counterfeiting. The selection of an authentication1 solutions2 that protects a document or product is a complex process and necessitates review of a number of factors regarding the role and implementation of the technology. Not all authentication solutions and security features are appropriate for all applications. It is important to understand the strengths and limitations inherent to different technologies, as well as between similar features supplied by different manufacturers. The article explain, “Steps to identify authentication solutions to curb counterfeiting”.
Reading Room Singapore organized a breakfast event in September 2013 on User Experience.
Our speaker, Bojan Blecic who is the Head of Experience Design in OCBC bank in Singapore, shared about how OCBC is using design to become a more customer-focused company. For more information of the event, go to: http://rroom.me/breakfasttalksept
In Chisana, Alaska, site of the last historic gold rush and once named the largest log-cabin settlement in Alaska, 90-year-old Pioneer Outfitters depends on air travel to survive.
In September 2013, our only hope for extended survival, Cubby, was destroyed in a fire that left us stranded deep in the Alaskan wilderness inside the Wrangell Mountains. It was the worst kind of blow our extended family has had to endure.
We are now dependent on twice weekly deliveries of food, clothing, mail, fuel, feed, and more at $.40 per pound.
What’s more, we can no longer rescue or evacuate anyone in need. Our horses may die needing our assistance as we cannot travel by air to find where they have ranged.
Our home is only accessible by air, and we live in Wrangell St. Elias National Park and Preserve, our nation’s largest National Park.
This campaign, Stand for the Man In Black, is to raise funds to replace our airplane. We seek $250,000 to replace the plane lost to fire for the following:
· Fly in fuel and groceries for the professional wilderness guides we train and the families and Team that live here year round.
· Fly in hay and feed for the range horses and livestock we watch over and care for each winter who are also part of our Team.
· Fly in fuel which runs the generators that supply the power for the phone system for the Chisana community.
· Locate and rescue by air of the community’s livestock and horses to ensure they’re not lost, hurt or frozen.
· Rescue of trapped hikers and injured hunters, broken-down snowmobiles, or others stranded in the Alaska wilderness we live in.
· Medical evacuation for anyone in need of physicians who are only accessible by air.
The wilderness and the space ~ untouched by commercial tourism, the majestic mountains looming over and surrounding us, as far as the eye can see; more glaciers of all sizes and scale; wildlife and flora of every shape, all free, all amazing. This is where we call home. This is what we share with the world with our horses and experience.
My name is Amber-Lee Dibble. I have worked for Terry Overly and Pioneer Outfitters for over 20 years. I am a United States Navy Veteran and a Professional Alaska Guide.
Terry is one of the kindest, most generous men I have ever known. I am proud to Stand for the Man in Black and to call him my Boss, mentor and friend. He has been like a father to me and is Grandfather to my children, for more than half my life and all of theirs.
Terry is a selfless, gentle man who puts others first always. My goal is to rebuild and fulfill a very special dream.
Stand for the Man in Black is incredibly important, and I need your help.
I believe in you. The friendships I have been offered, helping hands, the wisdom and advice, your guidance, the beautiful kindness across the world have been bestowed since I started my social media journey in 2010.
You’ve touched my heart and changed me. That’s why I need your help to make this dream come true
