My bro's and my sis's St. Paul admonishes inPhil.2:2-3; "Make my joy complete:be
of the same mind, having the same love, being in full accord and of one mind."
vs.3; Do nothing from selfish ambitions or conceit, but in humility regard
others as better than yourself."
Dearly beloved; I am becoming genuinely disturbed about some of the negative
yellow journalism from a local Paterson publication. It appears that Jude 17-
19;..." In the last times there will be scoffers who will follow their own
ungodly desires'These are the men who divide you, who follow mere natural
instincts and do not have the Spirit: "NIV., is being fulfilled at this point
in time.
God almighty knows with all that's adversely impacting the city of Paterson
now,what we don't need is division amongst the house of God.
The enemy doesn't have many weapons in his arsenal of division but the one he
uses quite effectively to his advantage is the scattering of the
sheep.Matt.26:31;..."strike the shepherd,and the sheep of the flock will be
scattered." Lest I remind you satan the word of God says; "touch not mine
anointed and do my prophets no harm."1Chr.16:22;KJV. You see David knew that if
he touched the Lords anointed (Saul) he would scatter the flock. I well know
that you don't have to be ordained clergy to be anointed,but there is one that
is called by God to be the under shepherds of His flock that are vulnerable to
the attack of the devil,and attacking that under shepherd will scattered the
flock.
I'm pleading and asking , the dispensers of this trash that's polluting the
atmosphere and dividing the church in the press,cease and desist in the name of
Jesus Christ.
My fellow Christians,let us be Imitators of Christ's Humility / looking at
Phil.2:4 which says to us; " Let each of you look not to your own interest, but
to the interest of others. " vs.5;goes on to say; "Let the same mind be in you
that was in Christ Jesus."Wouldn't that be grand?
Finally my bro's & sis's , letGod's word always be final on every decision you
make. Never follow a deceived divisive person. For if we really love the Lord
you will obey him... "Let God be true and every man a lair."
