2. GLW 3RD
ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Our 3rd Annual Conference (theme: “Worldwide Freight Forwarders and Logistics Agents Sailing
Together Through Challenging Times”) was held successfully, between June 3 and 5, at the Gold Coast
Resort Hotel, Hong Kong. Participants, coming broadly from over 12 cities around the world (countries:
China, the Philippines, India, South Africa, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, USA, France and Germany), had, in
particular, actively utilized the time allocated for one-to-one meetings with other business partners.
Essentially, they were proactive in sharing viewpoints that confront the logistics market in their own
countries/regions, and seeking collaboration with counterparts in a way to sail together through the present
challenging time.
On the other hand, in spite of the pressing meetings and work, participants had passed great time relaxing
and developing friendship thanks to the nights with drinks and delicious foods, as well as the ambient
environment at the resort hotel and its surrounding areas.

3. NEW COMPANY ADDRESS
Our Headquarters just moved to a new location in April, as previously announced. The new office is about
35 min from the Hong Kong International Airport by car / train, or 10 min from Tsuen Wan MTR Station
by walking. We trust that we could serve our members more efficiently in the new office. So, why not visit
us when you are in Hong Kong next time!
