REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS The ordering link is located on the Glencoe School District home page Or you can enter it manually by typing in the web address below http://www.orderhotlunch.com/IL/Glencoe/District35/ 1. Click on “Create Account” 2. Enter your name, phone, create user name, password, etc.-‐PLEASE KEEP A RECORD OF YOUR USER NAME AND PASSWORD-‐YOU WILL NEED IT-‐In addition, the only way we can notify you of any changes is via email. Please include your email address when creating your account. 3. Enter STUDENT Name 4. Select “Class” – this is a drop down list and all you need to do is select your child’s GRADE & CLASS 5. If you have more than one STUDENT….Click “Add Another Student” 6. Repeat Steps #3 -‐ #5 (depending on how many students are being registered) 7. Click “Create Account”-‐You will be taken to the DIRECTORY 8. Click “GLENCOE SCHOOL ORDER FORM” 9. On the top right of the order form you can select which child from the drop down list. The menu for that child is automatically displayed. 10. Select which lunches you would like for that child 11. When done with selections for each child. Click “Add to Cart” Scroll to top of page and select the next child you are ordering lunch for & the new menu will be displayed for that child. 12. Repeat Steps #9-‐#12 for each child you are ordering lunch for. 13. Once you have completed your selections for each child and saved your selections to cart, you may proceed to checkout 14. There is a processing fee at checkout of $2.00 total. Each time you check out or change your order a $2.00 processing fee will be added to your total. *ONCE CHECK OUT IS COMPLETE, YOU MUST SELECT “SEND CONFIRMATION EMAIL” PLEASE PRINT OUT YOUR ORDER CONFIRMATION Please do not send your child to school without a lunch unless you have Printed confirmation that one has been ordered.
