9. Leasing Business Model
 Clients can hire and de-hire the Goodpack IBC globally based on their packing and
customers’ locations
Clients can opt to hire on a trip leases (fixed number of days and location) or term
leases (12 months or longer)
Goodpack arranges delivery of IBCs to the packer location.
Goodpack arranges for the collection of IBCs from the end user location globally
once de-hired by Client in case of Trip lease.
Under the term rental agreement, the customer rents the IBC for a period of 1 year
or more. During the rental period, the customer is free to use the IBC in any location
according to their business requirements whilst being responsible for the maintenance
of the IBC. Once de-hired or expiry of term lease, client can deliver back the bins to
Goodpack.

10. Model Trip Lease for Exports
Under the trip rental agreement, the customer rents the IBC on a per trip basis. The rental
period of a trip is based on the start ofA the Goodpack IBC delivered to the customer's pre-
specified location till the pick up of IBC by Goodpack at the customer's consignee
