KEY DIFFUSION LTD - accredited inspection body of type A for transportable pressure equipment pursuant to
the requirements and provisions of BDS ЕN ISO/IEC 17020:2012
Description
Within a year the team created a management system according to BDS EN ISO / IEC 17020: 2012, integrating
working procedures for conformity assessment activities, exceptional checks, intermediate inspections, periodic
inspections, reassessment of conformity of transportable pressure equipment for substances of class 2 (with the
exception of acetylene), as specified in Section 6 of ADR, RID and ADN, in accordance with the provisions of
Directive 2010/35/EC.
While establishing the management system with integrated working procedures, the team built a laboratory which
meets the requirements set out in ADR, RID and ADN, in accordance with the provisions of Directive 2010/35/
EC and applicable standards. A library with standards relevant to the activities of the inspection body was also set
up.
As a result of the work (done), on 13.05.2014 INSPECTION BODY OF TYPE A “KEY DIFFUSION” was accredited
with an inspection scope in compliance with the certificate for accreditation № 265 ОК-А, namely to test
transportable pressure equipment.

In the period May-December 2014, the team integrated work procedures for conformity assessment to the
management system of the accredited inspection body KEY DIFFUSION LTD., developed the laboratory and
enriched the library with applicable standards. As a result of all this, on 10th December 2014 KEY DIFFUSION
LTD. was licensed as a notified body by the European Commission, with identification number NB 2574 and a
