• Don’t be nervous, they are
evaluating the system NOT you
• If you don’t understand the question
ask the auditor to clarify
• If you don’t know the answer tell the
auditor – I don’t know
• If you can’t answer a specific
question it will NOT stop ORL from
getting certified
