non cell trigger  missing data/info/OOS
simple layout  not comprehensive
2. Submit raw data to Lab supervisor (results vs.
quick guidance)
3. Transfer results manually in to ws (*when
requested by lab supervisor)
*UDE : time consuming, tedious job  non-written
ws is accumulated
4. Submit written ws to Lab supervisor, final
review–before submit to QA release
*UDE : 2 x in ws reviewing (step 2 and 4)
Define : Objectives
1. Validation of excel spreadsheet – Dequadin range as a pilot proj.
2. To eliminate manual writing of the worksheet – reduce errors in
writing / calculation
3. To improve RFT of the worksheet submission / reviewing.
4. To enhance the lab productivity in terms of testing capacity or etc.
