CERTIFICATE MANAGEMENT MODULE for NIELIT
NIELIT HQ has identified possible improvements in its Certificate processing process which includes
Multi-tier User support, Role based Model, and Transaction based operation for some identified
processes which includes online Result preparation, online Certificate Verification, Auto Certificate
Generation with QR Code and Security Password. Further an online Management system which provides
automated tracking and processing of the Certificates was also required. As part of the automation
process, each Certificate after being attached to its lifecycle is propagated through workflows that
formalizes company’s business policies and enables specific user groups to access and modify the
Certificate properties. Developed to relate lifecycle and workflows to certificates. Developed system is
being used successfully across all the NIELIT centers spread all over India.
