Manage the Midwestern Regional Subrogation Unit, a regional unit of the national in-house team of lawyers
representing Liberty Mutual and its subsidiary insurance companies in recovery of policy benefits paid
(subrogation), throughout IL, IN, MO, MI, WI, OH, MN, KS, and NE.
· Manage, develop and enhance nascent in-house subrogation program, focusing on workers’
compensation and property subrogation in the ten Midwestern states.

matters in several states.
