joining with fiberglass and glues. The boat was being changed from sailing to
power so I was responsiblefor some of the necessary modifications. I also
started filling, fairing and priming. Somewet lay-up and vacuum bagging for
parts like engine beds etc.
Boat Building – Precision ShipwrightServices, Phuket, Thailand . Sept 2012 –
august2014.
I started working for Precision a few months after helping do a yacht
delivery fromMalaysia to Phuket in early 2012. My responsibilities in this role
included - fiberglass damage repair, filler and fairing, prep for paint, installation
and removalof fittings, stripping and repainting of fittings, painting primers
and antifouls. I have worked with small Speedboats, small to large Monohulls,
Catamarans and Super Yachts up to 115 ft. I have someexperience of Prepreg
work here making small customparts for local racing yachts.
Charter Yacht Delivery –Torbay Sea School. Feb 2012 – August2012.
I worked for severalmonths as a volunteer helping deliver a range of
different yachts around the south coastof England and helping do inventory
4. checks on returning yachts. This was an unpaid position but I thoroughly
enjoyed it as it gave me a chance to experience sailing on a variety of different
yachts.

10 GCSE’s – Portsmouth Grammar School: 7 C’s, 2 B’s, 1 D.
Including: Mathematics, English Literature and Language, Sciences, History.
