This second letter of Peter provides a wealth of information to help build faithfulness to God. He speaks to a people of faith and instructs them to add to their faith (2 Peter 1:5). The Bible teaches that merely having faith is not enough (James 2:14-26). Therefore, personal faith is meant to be developed. There must be some additions to foundational faith. This lesson will highlight the importance and benefits of adding the attributes Peter suggests in 2 Peter 1:5-7.
